Villa Serenity, Villa 3, has 3 Bedrooms and 3½ Baths to accommodate up to 8 guests. The Master bedroom is appointed with a King bed; The second bedroom has a bed which converts to King or Twins; The third bedroom has 2 full beds plus a sofa-bed and Smart TV in the adjoining family room. All have large walk in-showers and double vanities. Our gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances with a large island overlooking the dining area, great room and views beyond. The Villa is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, etc. and features: A/C, WIFI, Smart TV, DVD player & library, stereo, games and books for your enjoyment. Tropical pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks and bikes are all part of the Seascape amenities.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. 9% Hotel Tax plus 5% Service Charge will be added. A refundable security deposit of $500.00USD is applied to all reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as payment.

- A reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% of the full rental amount has been paid in advance.
- You may make your payment by wire transfer, American Express, Visa, Discover or Master Card.
- Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
- 14 or more days prior to the date of arrival at the Property: Full Refund
- Less than 7 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: No Refund.
- Refunds, whole or partial, are subject to the above requirements and at the sole discretion of Management
