Villa Descanso Villa 5 is a 3 Bedroom and 3 ½ bath villa appointed with a queen bed in the Master Bedroom and Twin beds in the second and third bedrooms that easily convert into King bed. The full gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an open counter overlooking the dining area, great room and views beyond. Villa Descanso is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, etc. Villa Descanso features air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, a full stock of DVD’s, stereo, WIFI, games and books for your entertainment. Freshwater pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks and bikes are all part of the Seascape Villas amenities.

Booking & Cancellation
To book online, please click the “Book Online” button. For your Convenience, we have included a calendar so you may select your dates of travel.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. 9% Hotel Tax plus 5% Service Charge will be added. A refundable security deposit of $500.00USD is applied to all reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as payment.

- A reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% of the full rental amount has been paid in advance.
- You may make your payment by wire transfer, American Express, Visa, Discover or Master Card.
- Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
- 14 or more days prior to the date of arrival at the Property: Full Refund
- Less than 7 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: No Refund.
- Refunds, whole or partial, are subject to the above requirements and at the sole discretion of Management
