Nautilus del Mar is a beach-front villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. The second floor Master bedroom has a king bed and a balcony with a direct view of the sea. The second and third bedrooms have Twin beds that easily convert into Kings and porches that open directly onto the beach. The villa has a full gourmet kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and an open counter that overlooks the dining area, great room and front porch. All have direct views of the beach. Nautilus del Mar Villa 6 is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, etc. Nautilus del Mar features air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI, games and books for your entertainment. Freshwater pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks and bikes are all part of the Seascape Villas amenities.

Booking & Cancellation
To book online, please click the “Book Online” button. For your Convenience, we have included a calendar so you may select your dates of travel.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. 9% Hotel Tax plus 5% Service Charge will be added. A refundable security deposit of $500.00USD is applied to all reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as payment.

- A reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% of the full rental amount has been paid in advance.
- You may make your payment by wire transfer, American Express, Visa, Discover or Master Card.
- Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
- 14 or more days prior to the date of arrival at the Property: Full Refund
- Less than 7 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: No Refund.
- Refunds, whole or partial, are subject to the above requirements and at the sole discretion of Management
